Congratulations to the Collierville High School FFA for winning the State Horse Judging Championship in Murfreesboro on Monday! The team consisted of Gavin Berry, Elea Corson, Erika Delwisch, Carlos Alvarez and Kara Sabin. Gavin Berry had an outstanding day placing first overall in the State of Tennessee, first in halter classes, second in the reason classes and second in the performance classes. Elea Corson Placed 4th in the State of Tennessee and 3rd in the Performance class. The team placed 1st in the overall and performance classes. The team will now move on to the National Horse Judging Contest in Indianapolis, Indiana in October. Way to go dragons!
