Last night was a great Homecoming night at the new Landers Sportplex, and the weather held off just long enough for the Homecoming Court to be presented and for the Dragons to take a win! If you didn’t get to experience the tailgating and game, you really should come out next time, as it truly was awesome! Can’t wait for games to come!
If you weren’t at the game last night, Senior Geethika Chelamala, was crowned by last year’s Queen, Freshman Lacrosse Player at Lee University, Shayna Ryan. All of us who have taught Geethika can attest to how fantastic she is, and hearing the chants of “Gee-thi-ka! Gee-thi-ka!” at both the pep rally and the football game were so awesome! The students were so excited for her.
