Senior Madelyn Wild Participates In MIM Columbian Exchange Program

Madelyn was selected, along with a group of students from the Mid-South area, to participate in this year's Memphis in May Student Exchange Program honoring Columbia. International Festival is Friday, April 28th

The Festival will be from 6:00-8:00 PM in the CHS Auditorium.   Taste free international cuisine and experience cultural performances including: dances, singing, a fashion show, and more. Zombie Prom's Opening Night Performance Dead On

Zombie Prom opened to rave reviews last night. Outstanding performances by Ty Lendermon as Jonny, Quinn Peeper as Toffee, Alex Lawson as Principal Strict, and Will Beck as Eddie the Reporter make this a production you don't want to miss. Zombie Prom runs Thursday, March 30th through Sunday, April 2nd. Tickets are $10 for students and $15 for adults.

Environmental Science Classes Participate in WildCam Gorongosa Project

Mr. Pszonak's Environmental Science students were able to get hands on experience by participating in the project to help restore the Gorongosa Park in Mozambique to its former glory. Students learned about the history of the park, then spent one class period sorting through images to help the scientists in the park. By dedicating just 1 day to the project, Mr. Pszonak’s students were able to volunteer over 100 hours, and identify over 2,700 images to help the animals and people of Mozambique.
