CHS Cheer Tryouts are March 31st from 3:30-5:30PM

An informational parent meeting will be in the CHS library on Thursday, March 23rd at 6:30PM. There will be a clinic March 28th-30th at 3:30-5:30PM in the CHS PE Gym. Tryouts will be March 31st from 3:30-5:30PM and will cost $25. Please email Ms. Krotzer for more information at kkrotzer@colliervilleschools.org.

The CHS Science Olympiad Team Qualifies for the State Competition

The CHS Science Olympiad team, lead by Priyal Pathan, Richard Li, and Kathy Cui, competed at the Christian Brothers University regional event. With a total of 91 points and 5 first-place finishes, the team came in second to White Station High. The Science Olympiad team will continue onto the State competition on March 25 in Knoxville, TN.

Collierville topples Germantown 61-46, Advances To Regional Play

The Collierville Dragons boys basketball fell behind in the first half against Germantown - in the consolation game of the District 15-AAA Tournament. But Jalen Lynn helped the Dragons dominate the second half and coast to a 61-46 victory Monday night. Lynn scored 23 points to lead the Dragons offensive attack. They advance as the three seed in the district and will play the Whitehaven Tigers.

P.T. Squared Wellness Scholarship Fund

The P.T. Squared Wellness Scholarship Fund was created by P.T. Squared Health and Wellness, its owners, and staff. The scholarship was established to promote and encourage young adults to educate themselves and take a proactive approach to living a healthy lifestyle. Total scholarship amount is $500.00 applicable towards the first college semester.

Lady Dragons Win Over Ridgeway, District Championship Set For Tuesday

District 15-AAA Girls Basketball Coach of the Year, Anthony Hall, set a game plan for his Lady Dragons basketball squad this year. The plan was simply to get better as the season progressed. That plan showed it's results Friday night. The Lady Dragons advanced to the District 15-AAA championship game, on Tuesday, after a 41-33 win at Ridgeway over the Roadrunners. Collierville (17-10) was led by junior Lauren Taylor's 13 points.

CHS Choral Department Presents "the duet show"

The CHS choral department presents “the duet show” February 21st at 7:00PM. Students will perform a variety of songs, dances and scenes for two. It’s a fun variety show which showcases the talents of many of our fine arts students. Tickets are sold at the door only.

CHS Mock Trial Team Performs Well in Memphis Competition

While they did not win their case, the team gained valuable experience and had individual winners on both sides. For the prosecution, Rhiannon Ong-Halleron won best attorney, and Ashley Moore won best witness. For the defense, Rebecca McNutt won best attorney, and Evan Ding won best witness. A great effort for the first year team.
