Former Dragon Lacrosse Standout Tallies 100th Point

Cheyenne Bray, a 2012 Collierville High School graduate, continues to add accolades to her impressive collegiate lacrosse career. The Tusculum University senior recently recorded her 100th point. She becomes only the third player in Tusculum history to accomplish the task. Bray was an All-State selection as a senior at CHS. She was named the Dragons Team MVP all four years on the varsity squad.

Kicks and Flicks Scheduled For Friday April 22

On April 22, after the Varsity Soccer Game, CHS SGA will be showing "Ferris Bueller's Day Off" on the Freshmen Football Field. El Mero Taco, Parker's Concessions, and MEMPoPS will have food trucks in D Lot. The price for admission is $1 for those attending the soccer game. You may choose just to attend the movie for $3. Bring a blanket and enjoy!

CHS Softball Gets Complete Effort in 10-0 Win

Congratulations to the Dragons Softball team for their 10-0 victory over Millington Monday night. Kelsey Gross pitched a 2-hit shutout while striking out 19 batters. Collierville (19-8) was led offensively also by Gross (4-5, 2 2B, 2 RBI’s). Maria Maxwell, Sera Lerma, and Marley Baymiller each two hits with RBI's. DJ Zayed had three RBI's. The Dragons improved to 19-8 on the season.

Offensive Outburst Pushes CHS Soccer Over USJ

The Collierville High School Boys' Soccer Team defeated University School of Jackson 6-2. Colin McPherson, Jackson Bentley, Caleb Tammi, Justin Montroni and Jared Burns all scored for the Dragons. The team improved it's overall record to 9-2-1.

Collierville Girls Track and Field Win Dragon Relays

The Collierville High School girls Track and Field team finished in 1st place in the Dragon Relays. Arkansas State signee Sammy Brainard was named MVP. Brainard won first place in Distance Medley Relay, 4x800 relay, 1600 and 3200. Melissa Briant took first place in pole vault.

Collierville Baseball Claims District 15-AAA Title

The Collierville High School baseball team defeated Houston 10-1 and Germantown 6-2 on Sunday. With the sweep the Dragons are the District 15-AAA regular season champions. The team improved it's overall record to 15-12 on the year. The Diamond Dragons will look to repeat as the District Tournament Champions in May.

Brainard Signs With Arkansas State

A month after taking 1st place at the West Tennessee Jamboree in the 1600, Collierville High School senior Sammy Brainard signed her National Letter of Intent on Wednesday to compete in cross-country and track and field at Arkansas State University. Brainard is currently ranked number seven in Tennessee in the mile and half mile. Collierville High School is very proud of Sammy Brainard and wish her the best at the next level. #RepTheVille

Sean Kirwan Named Academic All-Star

Senior Sean Kirwan is an intelligent student, who spends each day working toward his goals. He holds a 4.31 weighted grade point average and scored a perfect 36 on the ACT with a 2210 on the SAT. He recently was named a National Merit Finalist and an AP Scholar with Honor.
