Dragons Bowling Team Defeats Cordova 15-12, Improves To 4-0

The Collierville Dragons bowling team defeated Cordova, Wednesday, 15- 12. High scores came from Cody Salerno (245), Scott Baker (225 and 204), Kylee Andrews, (211 and 204) and Ross Jenner (220). Collierville improves to 4-0 on the year. The Bowling Dragons will look to stay perfect, next Friday, when they take on Germantown Houston.

Lady Dragons Soccer Advance In Region Semi-Finals

Senior Kate Johnson and Campbell Kivisto had goals to lead the Lady Dragons soccer team to a 2-0 victory vs. White Station in the Region Semi-Finals.  Emily Samisch and a very aggressive defense had the clean sheet.  With the win, Collierville will travel to Houston at 6pm on Thursday in the Region Finals.

Lady Dragons Volleyball Advance At State Tournament

The Collierville High School Lady Dragons Volleyball team defeated Ravenwood (25-19,20-25,25-23,10-25,15-11) in the first game of the TSSAA AAA Volleyball State Tournament. In the quarterfinals, the Lady Dragons fell to Siegle (28-26, 13-25, 20-25, 18-25). Collierville will now fall into the loser's bracket and will be back in action vs. Cleveland at 10am. Game is at Middle Tennessee State University.

Collierville Boys Basketball Announces Tryout Dates

Collierville High School Head Basketball Coach, Jonathan Mooneyham, has announced upcoming open tryouts for the 2017-2018 season. Players in grades 10-12 will tryout October 30th from 2:15pm-3:30pm. Ninth graders will tryout October 30th at 6pm.

Interest Meeting Scheduled For Collierville Dragons Youth Wrestling Club

Collierville High School head wrestling coach, Brian Loeffler, has announced an interest meeting for the Dragons Youth Wrestling Club. The club offers high quality coaches and a fun learning environment for all-skilled wrestlers in grades 1-8. The interest meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 16 at 6:00pm in the CHS cafeteria. Lady Dragons Soccer's Sarah Block Commits To Austin Peay

A fourth member of the Lady Dragons soccer team class of 2019 has announced her college destination. Sarah Block announced earlier this week that she will continue her education and soccer career at Austin Peay. The junior joins Liza Slavinsky (MTSU), Campbell Kivisto (MTSU) and Emily Samisch (Murray State) to accept D1 offers.

The Collierville High School boys soccer team has been honored by the United Soccer Coaches with the Team Academic Award. This is the third consecutive year Coach Drew Hensarling's team has reached the accomplishment. Dragons boys' soccer has an overall team GPA of 3.56.

Dragons Football Thumps St. George's 31-13

The Collierville Dragons Football team extended their winning streak to three games after Friday night's 31-13 victory at St. George's Independent School. With the win, team record improves to 5-3. Collierville will host Germantown Houston next Friday. Game time is 7pm.

Congratulations to the Collierville High School Lady Dragons Volleyball team. They defeated Clarksville on Thursday; 25-7, 25-14, 25-12, and advance to play in next week's TSSAA AAA State Tournament.
