Welcome to Mrs. Brittany Clark's Collierville High Resource-Alt Class
Welcome to the 2019/2020 School Year!!! My name is Brittany Clark and I am a new teacher in the Transition Academy at Collierville High School! I am excited to begin this journey with you all!
I am a graduate of The University of Memphis with a bachelor’s degree in Child Development and Union University with a Masters in the Art of Education. I am continuing my education at The University of Memphis in Instruction and Curriculum and Applied Behavioral Analysis. I have worked as a Special Education teacher for Shelby County Schools and Germantown Municipal School District over the last 7 years. Prior to working in education, I worked with adults with Special Needs as a job coach and life coach. I have lived in the Memphis area my whole life, graduating from Houston High School in 2008.
My goal is to create and foster a safe learning environment for your student. I am dedicated to providing the support your student will need to learn and grow in the areas of academics, social skills, and vocational skills. I am looking forward to working with you this year in ensuring that your Dragon has a wonderful and successful school year. Open communication and collaboration is key.
