National Spanish Honor Society

To be considered for induction in the National Spanish Honor Society, the student must be at least enrolled in Spanish III honors, have a cumulative average of a 96 or higher in all of their Spanish courses, and be in their third high school level Spanish course.  If a student meets the academic requirement, then the sponsor also checks for any disciplinary infractions, especially ones that involve integrity.  If both the academic and disciplinary requirements are met, the student is invited via letter to complete additional items for membership.  After the mandatory induction ceremony, the one-time fee to join is $10.  Due to block scheduling, inductions will take place in the fall (November) and spring (March/April) semesters.  This is strictly an honor society so there are no service hours required.
