Herman Osteen Merit Scholarship
The Herman Osteen Merit Scholarship is given in memory of former Collierville High School principal, Herman Osteen. When he started, the building housed grades 1-12. His wife, Eleanor Osteen, was a teacher there, too. Their two daughters attended Collierville School all 12 years. Recipients are chosen based on criteria of merit, service to school, community involvement and financial need.
