Former principal at CHS, the Dr. Setterlund Scholarship is intended for a person that has demonstrated Leadership Skills in High School and in the Community.

Requirements:
- ACT/SAT score
- Verbal, Math, English, Reading, Science Composite Score.
- Copy of Transcript
- College Acceptance Letter
- Resume of activities and leadership roles, community service and work experience.
- Parents'/Guardians' name(s) and occupation(s)
- Student Aid Report provided after submitting your FAFSA
- List all scholarships you have applied and received.
- Cover Letter with your plans after graduation.
All Alumni scholarship applications should be submitted to Mrs. J. Sisson in the School Counseling Office.
