French 2 Assignments

Vocab quiz #1 will be Tuesday.  A copy of the list can be found on schoology if you need one.

Verb quiz Thursday.  It will just like the bell work we did with the 3 tenses.

1st 10 questions on study guide due tomorrow.

Inversion quiz on Friday.  It will be like the worksheet we did in class.

Quiz on the irregular verbs voir, lire, dire, écrire and prendre.

I will be back on Tuesday.  If you want to come in for tutoring or make up work, I will be in my room at 6:30.  See you then!

There will be no tutoring or make up work Monday morning.  I will be out again on Monday.  I hope to be back on Tuesday.  I will post an update on Monday about tutoring and make up work.

Ma ville presentations will be Friday.  You will have Monday and Tuesday to make your maps.  Wednesday should be for working on your presentation and Thursday should be your practice day where you make sure your group has memorized their part of the presentation. 

Savoir vs Connaitre quiz is Thursday.  You must know how to conjugate the verbs and when to use them.  Make sure you know your acronyms- HIM and APP.

Verb vocab quiz on List #3 will be Tuesday.  Make sure you can write them in French.

Quiz on verbs dormir, sortir and partir will be Thursday.

Quiz on PC with être and avoir will be Tuesday.  You will need to know which verbs take être.  Study your house of être or the list we did in class.

Writing assignment about the house will be Friday in class.  Study the sentences we have already worked on.  They will help you a lot!

PC with être quiz will be Wed.  

 

We will be doing a writing assignment about the house later this week, so review your vocabulary and make sure you know all the words for the parts of a house and the furniture.

Review the house and furniture vocabulary as well as the passé composé with être.  We will have a quiz the first week back after break and if you do not review, that quiz will seem a lot harder!

Study our house and furniture vocab.  Also, review your notes on PC with être.  We will have a quiz on that on Thursday next week.

Devoir, Pouvoir and Vouloir quiz will be Tuesday.  Make sure you study your vocab.

Guided Paragraph assignment will take place on Thursday in class.  Study your vocab list and the practice paragraph we did in class.

WB  packet p. 88 due tomorrow.

Verb quiz #2 will be Thursday.  It will be the same format as the first quiz- I will give you the English definitions and you will write the French words.  There will be 10 words from this list and 5 from the first list of verbs, so make sure you study both sets of verbs.

Study Irregular PC with avoir verbs for a quiz on Tuesday.  You MUST know all the irregular participles.  The ppt I showed in class is in the presentations section.

 Quiz on first 15 verbs will be Wednesday.  You must be able to write them in French, so study that way.

 Vocab quiz on shopping and leisure equipment words will be Thursday.  You MUST be able to spell all of the words.  Make sure you practice that as you study for this quiz.

 Passe Compose quiz will be Tuesday.  Make sure you study the notes and all the practice sheets we did in class.  Remember, you can always go to the presentation section of my website to see the ppt I showed in class.

 Avoir quiz

 Study your vocab and review the verb avoir.

 First quiz Tuesday will cover -er, -ir and -re verbs.  Make sure you review.  My grammar presentations are available in the presentation section.
