Richard Li Scores Perfect 36 on the ACT

Congratulations to Richard on this tremendous accomplishment as only about 1/10th of 1% score a 36 on the ACT every year. Richard joins Akaash Padmanabhe as the only other current CHS student to achieve a perfect score.
