First Semester Exam Schedule

Monday, December 18

• Students may leave at the conclusion of the exam period, if they turn in a signed check out form to the CHS attendance office or Varsity Gym lobby each day (attached).  
• Students must wait until the conclusion of the exam period to check out. 

1^st period exam– 7:00–8:30

2^nd period exam – 8:35–10:05

3^rd period class – 10:10–10:37

5^th period class – 10:42–12:31

4^th period class – 12:36–1:00

6^th period class – 1:05–1:30

7^th period class – 1:35–2:00

Tuesday, December 19

• No check out and back in on Tuesday.
• Only doctor visit and sick students can sign out.
• Students exempt from 4th period and 5th period exams may leave with form signed by parent.
• Students must wait until the conclusion of the exam period if they are checking out. 

3^rd period exam – 7:00–8:30

4^th period exam – 8:35–10:05

6^th period class – 10:10–11:57

7^th period class – 12:02–12:25

5^th period exam – 12:30–2:00

Wednesday, December 20 

• Students are permitted to leave with form signed by parent. 
• Students must wait until the conclusion of the exam period if they are checking out. 

6^th period exam – 7:00–8:35

7^th period exam – 8:40–10:15
