Service Projects Required for Members

CHS NHS Chapter Required Service Projects:

  • 10 new volunteer hours per year: Please monitor your school email for information about the submission of volunteer hours in the NHS Schoology group. You may use the same hours acquired for another organization within one year. 
  • Fall Service Project: Angel Tree money contribution. An email will be sent in late November before the December Angel tree week with more information about how to participate.
  • Spring: TBD
  • Tutoring: Members are asked to tutor throughout the school year to fulfill their NHS requirements.Opportunities will be shared via email. 
  • Occasionally, we receive volunteer opportunities from local clubs and organizations. Those are shared with members via school email and will include contact information for that club or organization.
