The Counseling Office is open daily from 6:50am - 2:15pm for students to stop by and talk to their counselor to discuss their academic plan, connect with scholarship and financial aid, address any social/emotional concerns and much more. Parents and students are welcome to contact their counselor to make an appointment.

Professional school counselors are certified/licensed professionals with a master's degree or higher in school counseling and are uniquely qualified to address the developmental needs of all students. Professional school counselors deliver a comprehensive school counseling program encouraging all students' academic, career and personal/social development and help all students in maximizing student achievement for all students.

Transcript Requests & Work Permits

TRANSCRIPTS:  To request a transcript go online to the counselors link on the school's homepage. To request in person, see Sharron Taylor in the counseling office on Wednesdays from 9am - 12pm.

CHS Named One Of America's Most Challenging Schools

Collierville High School has been named on the 2016 America’s Most Challenging High Schools list that is published by The Washington Post.

CHS was ranked 1138 nationally and No. 11 in the State of Tennessee. To see the complete list click on the heading.

93 Graduating Seniors In ACT 30 & Above Club

Congratulations to the Class of 2016 for numerous accomplishments that includes 93 senior members in the ACT 30 & Above Club. Collierville High School has the second highest ACT average in the State of Tennessee.

Dual Enrollment Transcripts for Graduated Seniors

Students who took a dual enrollment course at CHS and are not attending the University of Memphis must have the U of M transcript mailed to the college they will be attending. This is the only way your college will award the college credit. Click on the heading to complete the Off Campus U of M transcript request and fax or mail it in.

CHS Gets High Marks From US News & World Report

Collierville High School made the list of top 10 high schools in the state, according to a new report. CHS was ranked number 10 in Tennessee, according to the annual rankings released Tuesday by U.S. News & World Report. Click on the link to view the state's rankings.

Sean Kirwan Named Academic All-Star

Senior Sean Kirwan is an intelligent student, who spends each day working toward his goals. He holds a 4.31 weighted grade point average and scored a perfect 36 on the ACT with a 2210 on the SAT. He recently was named a National Merit Finalist and an AP Scholar with Honor.

Collierville Schools Recommended For AdvancED

The AdvancED External Review Team for Collierville Schools recommended the district for full accreditation. Accomplishments were well-noticed by the visiting team and glowing statements were reported to the School Board.
