Course Verification

It is time to verify student course requests for the 2024-2025 school year!

 

All rising upperclassmen received a Course Verification Form listing their course requests after spring break. This document is one final opportunity to confirm the courses requested previously. The Course Verification Form must be signed and returned to your student's seminar teacher by the deadline (TBD).

 

All rising freshmen received a Course Verification Form listing their course requests after spring break. The Course Verification Form must be signed and returned to your student's homeroom teacher by the deadline (TBD). 

 

This document finalizes the course request process. No further change requests will be accepted.

 

If your student requested any honors or AP courses, you must sign and return the Honors and AP Agreement Form with the Course Verification Form. A digital copy of this form is linked below.

 

If your student requested any dual enrollment courses, you must sign and return the Dual Enrollment Agreement Form with the Course Verification Form. A digital copy of this form is linked below. 

 

In addition, you must complete the application for the TSAC Dual Enrollment Grant and the application to the associated postsecondary institution. Failure to complete the grant or postsecondary application(s) by April 30th will result in your student's removal from the dual enrollment course(s). Digital copies of all instructions are linked below.

 

If you are unsure which postsecondary institution applies to your student's courses, please reference the Program of Studies. The associated classes are listed on the application instructions below as well.
