Mr. Roger L. Jones III currently holds the esteemed position of principal at Collierville High School in Collierville, TN, showcasing a remarkable career in education spanning over two decades. Almost the entirety of his service has been dedicated to the Collierville community, with a brief but impactful stint as the Vice Principal of Arlington High School in Arlington, TN, in 2013.

A proud alumnus of The University of Memphis, Mr. Jones earned his undergraduate and graduate degrees in 2001 and 2013, respectively. His journey in education began as a middle school math teacher at Schilling Farms Middle School, where he dedicated 10 years before transitioning into school leadership in 2011. Currently in his fifth year as the principal of Collierville High School, Mr. Jones previously served as the assistant principal and principal of Collierville Middle School, accumulating seven years of valuable experience in school administration.

Collierville High School, with its historical beginnings dating back to 1905, stands currently as the largest high school in Tennessee, accommodating over 3000 students and 230 employees. The state-of-the-art campus, constructed in 2019, spans more than 450,000 square feet on over 250 acres. Collierville Schools holds prestigious titles as one of the top-ranked school district in Tennessee, according to Niche.com, currently holding the Number One Best School District honor. Additionally, Collierville High achieved the Reward School Distinction in Tennessee, attaining Level 5 status in all tested subject areas.

Under Mr. Jones's leadership since 2019, the athletic department at Collierville High School has experienced remarkable growth and success. A devoted sports enthusiast, Mr. Jones's favorite sport is basketball, yet his presence is felt at a myriad of athletic and extra-curricular events, from band and cheer competitions to football games and tennis matches. Mr. Jones makes sure to attend all of his students’ events throughout the school year to show his unwavering support.

Each school year brings more athletic, academic and extra-curricular program awards, honors and distinctions for students, athletes, coaches and faculty. This outstanding achievement can be attributed to a solid foundation of communication and organization, strategic coaching hires, unwavering community support, and boasting some of the best programs in the country.

Expressing his deep sense of honor, Mr. Jones acknowledges the privilege of serving as the principal of Collierville High School. He proudly accepted the AF Bridges Award on behalf of his exceptional coaches, stellar sports programs, and the incredible student athletes and their families. In alignment with the spirit of Collierville High School, Mr. Jones embraces the mantra: "One Town, One School! Everybody’s a Dragon!"

Mr. Brett Heinrich returned to CHS as Vice Principal beginning with the 2023-24 school year.  This is his 16th year in education, where he has previously served as a teacher, an assistant principal, and curriculum supervisor.  Mr. Heinrich's wife, Megan, is also an employee of the district and serves as the Instructional Technology Facilitator at Tara Oaks Elementary School.  Together they have three children: Cantley, Rue, and Caroline.

At CHS, Mr. Heinrich oversees the Counseling Department, the master schedule, curriculum & instruction, teacher evaluations, new teachers/staffing, staff demographics, and summer school.

Dr. Janise Allen joined the CHS staff as an Assistant Principal in 2023. She earned a Bachelor's degree from Mississippi College, Master's degree from the University of Memphis through the Memphis Leadership Scholars Program, and Doctoral degree from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Allen began her teaching career as a high school physical science teacher in Mississippi before transitioning to Collierville Middle where she served as an instructional coach, science teacher, basketball cheer coach, and the Dragons Extended Learning Coordinator.

At CHS, Dr. Allen is responsible for the Science Department, SGA/FMP, Freshman Orientation, PSAT/NMSQT, ACT, RTI/SRTI, Community Events and 11th grade IEPs.

Mr. Myles Beaupre was born and raised in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada. He started teaching at Queen Elizabeth District High School in Sioux Lookout, ON before moving to the United States to attend the University of Notre Dame. Since moving to Memphis in 2011, Mr. Beaupre has taught with the Achievement School District, Southwind High School and, since 2014, at Collierville High School. At CHS, he has taught history and served as both Assistant and Head Track Coach, Instructional Coach, and Support Team Leader.

Mr. Beaupre received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Education at Lakehead University and has Masters in History and Education from the University of New Brunswick, University of Notre Dame, and Austin Peay State University. He and his wife Lauren have twin daughters, Emmy and Ruby, who attend Tara Oaks Elementary School, and a dog, Daisy, who does not.

At CHS, Mr. Beaupre oversees the Social Studies department, AP Testing, Benchmark Testing, PLCs, the School Improvement Plan, Professional Development, New Teachers, Department Coaches, Seminar, and Tier 1 interventions.

Mrs. Ann Blake came to CHS in 2021 as the prevention counselor before accepting a position as an Assistant Principal in January of 2023. Mrs. Blake received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Florida State University, a Master of Science in Education, with a concentration in school counseling from University of Memphis, and a Master of Arts in Education with a concentration in educational leadership from Austin Peay State University. Before coming to Collierville High School, Mrs. Blake worked at Collierville Middle School and taught at University of Memphis. She is married with four grown children, three amazing granddaughters, and three dogs.

At CHS, Mrs. Blake is responsible for SPED Services, SPED Teacher Schedule, IEP Testing Accommodations, SPED Transportation, and SPED Classified evaluations.

Mr. Nathan Bobo is honored to join the administrative team in 2024 after having taught at CHS for the past three years. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management from the University of Memphis and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Carson-Newman University. Mr. Bobo began his teaching career in 2012 at Craigmont Middle School and later spent time with Green Dot Public Schools Tennessee as a Curriculum Specialist. For the past three years Mr. Bobo has taught World History and AP Human Geography at CHS and served as the Assistant Athletic Director in 2023-24.  Mr. Bobo and his wife, Rebecca, raise their two children, John Allison and Charleston, in Collierville. Go Dragons!

At CHS, Mr. Bobo serves as the Assistant Principal for grades 9-12, last names Co-Go. He is responsible for the World Languages Department, EOC Testing, ASVAB, Clubs and Organizations, and Building Testing Coordinator.

Dr. Dan Holcomb joined the administrative team as an assistant principal here at CHS (his high school alma mater) in 2010. After CHS, he graduated from The University of Memphis with a Bachelor's of Arts in English American Literature, and History with a Civil War South focus. In 2003, Dr. Holcomb received a Master's of Arts in Teaching from Memphis. His educational background also includes an Educational Specialist Degree from Union University. In 2008, Dr. Holcomb began his teaching career in 2000. He has taught English and History while coaching football, baseball and wrestling. Dr. Holcomb has working at Bolton High School from 2002-2005, Germantown High School from 2005-2010, and Collierville from 2010-present. He has 4 children, Elijah (Class of '17), Rebekah (Class of '19), Noah (Class of '23) and Jonah (Class of '27). Go Dragons!

At CHS, Dr. Holcomb oversees  the English and Wellness Departments, transportation, field trips, textbooks, staff duty assignments, staff and student parking, CLEP and SDC testing, FMX, Title IX, Athletics, and emergency planning, training, and drills.

Mr. David Matykiewicz began his teaching career in 1996 as a teacher/coach at White Station High School. After teaching and coaching for 14 years, he was named the principal of Renaissance Academy North. He joined the Collierville staff as an assistant principal in the spring of 2014.

Mr. Matykiewicz' educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Education degree from Southern Illinois University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Trevecca Nazarene University. He is married to his lovely wife, Janna, and they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

At CHS, Mr. Matykiewicz oversees the CTE Department, attendance, substitutes, classified staff evaluations, truancy, BEP counts, school nurses and 10th - 12th orientation.

Ms. Takashia Turner is a dedicated educator with over 18 years' experience in Shelby County Schools that has currently joined the Collierville High School administration team. Within the SCS district, she was a middle and high school teacher, assistant principal, academic coach, instructional and data advisor, as well as a district PowerSchool administrator. Ms. Turner also taught in Greenville Public Schools.

Ms. Turner’s educational background includes an honors high school diploma from the Arkansas School for Mathematics and Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Texas A & M University (Gig’em Aggies!), a Master of Arts in Teaching from University of Memphis, and Educational Specialist Degree from Union University. Currently Ms. Turner is completing her Doctor of Education degree at Union University. Prior to her career in education, she worked for Arkansas State Parks. Ms. Turner has 2 wonderful children, Zora (CHS Class of 2025) and Zach (CHS Class of 2027) along with a maltipoo called Max. Ms. Turner is very excited to join the Collierville High Team. Go dragons!

At CHS, Ms. Turner serves as the 504 coordinator and oversees the world language department, 12th grade IEPs, Title 1 Funds, and the School Compact.
