💻 10th- 12th Grade Laptop Deployment Information

CHS Rising 10th-12th grade Families & Students,

Once again, returning 10th-12th grade students will be able to set up and take home their school-issued laptop before school begins. Students will sign up for and attend a set up session from the available grade level dates (see below).

Laptop Deployment sign-ups will be sent on Friday, July 18 at 9 am— but the sign-up notification is going only to students. Please remind your student to check their email/StudentSquare and be ready to sign up for a session.

🗓️ Session dates/times by grade:

12th Grade: Wednesday, July 30 from 8-11 am
11th Grade: Wednesday, July 30 from 12-3 pm
10th Grade: Thursday, July 31 from 8-11 am
Mixed: Thursday, July 31 from 12-3 pm

📝 A few things to note about set-up sessions:

Set up sessions will take approximately 45-60 minutes.
Students must be present and on time for their session to get their laptop.
Students late to their session will not be able to receive their laptops and will have to wait until school starts to get their laptop.
No one other than the student will be able to set up and take their laptop.

If a student is unable to attend, they will receive their laptop during the first week of school. All new students to CHS will receive their laptop the first week of school.

Reminder!! Please see the message below regarding the upcoming HS Laptop deployment. As a reminder for students...

Students can log into Student Square from any device—computer or mobile. To log in:
1. Visit https://www.mystudentsquare.com/signin.
2. Click the Sign in with Microsoft button.
3. Enter the student’s school email address and password when prompted.

Students can also log into their school email account from any device. To log in:
1. Visit https://login.microsoftonline.com/.
2. Enter the student’s school email address and password when prompted.
3. Click Apps and the left, then click the Outlook tile to open email.

Reminder!!
The sign up for laptop deployment sessions was sent to students on Friday, July 21 through StudentSquare. Students should view the sign up and select a time that works with their schedule. Sign ups will close at end of day on Friday, July 25.
