CHS Staggered Attendance and Laptop Deployment Info

Posted Date: 07/22/26 (05:42 PM)

Collierville High School Parents and Guardians,
Collierville Schools has been notified by the Town of Collierville that Shelby Drive, between Collierville High School and Highway 72, will remain closed through the beginning of the school year. We expect this closure to significantly impact traffic flow and travel times around the high school campus.
To support a safe and efficient start to the school year, Collierville High School will implement a temporary staggered attendance schedule for the first two days of school. This proactive adjustment will help reduce traffic congestion while providing students, staff, and families with a smoother transition back to school.

Important Reminder
Students participating in extracurricular activities, athletics, band, or other scheduled school-sponsored practices are expected to attend those activities on both August 5 and August 6, regardless of whether they are scheduled for in-person instruction that day.
We appreciate your flexibility, patience, and partnership as we work together to ensure a safe and successful start to the school year. We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available regarding the Shelby Drive construction project.
Thank you for your continued support of Collierville High School and Collierville Schools.
